Account Manager
Basic salary £25,000-£35,000, OTE £43,000
Portsmouth (Hybrid working available)
We are looking for experienced Account Manager's to join our friendly and dynamic team. Are you looking for a structured career path and a team who celebrates success?
A little about the role, you will be;
- Developing and maintaining client relationships by providing exceptional support and assistance
- Negotiating contract renewals and expansion proposals
- Identifying and resolving customer issues, including working with internal departments when needed
- Contributing to revenue growth by upselling/uplifting client contracts
- Identifying further use cases to increase value and liaise regularly to develop strategies
- Hosting online review meetings with various stakeholders
- Working towards weekly KPI’s and monthly targets; both individually and as a team
A little about you:
- Sales/Account Management or Customer Success background
- Previous experience with interacting with Director Level individuals
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and experience in using CRM systems
- Great communication, negotiating and problem solving skills
- Previously worked towards targets and KPI’s
