1st Line Support - Part-time
12 months Maternity Cover
Basic salary up to £24,000 Pro-rota, plus quarterly bonus
Portsmouth, Hybrid working available

A little about the role, you will be;

  • Providing exceptional support to our end users
  • Responding to all issues in a timely, efficient, and empathetic manner
  • Ensuring all tickets are accurately recorded on our ticketing system (Zendesk)
  • Resolving issues using your own investigative thinking
  • Utilising our established process and online community content
  • Liaising with our IT, CRM, and Data Verification teams
  • Responding to live chat quickly and efficiently
  • Attending weekly support meetings and help the team achieve its overall goals

A little about you:

  • Previous experience working in 1st line support
  • Able to manage time, prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Previous experience within a SaaS/software or B2B environment
  • You have excellent customer service skills as well as verbal, written and interpersonal communication
  • Able to work independently and as a team
  • High attention to detail and being able to work accurately with comprehensive processes is essential to success
  • Experience working towards individual and team targets
